For this month Fan page challenge as well as my monthly blog post I have created cards with WOW embossing foils.
During the video tutorial I will show you how to create your own pearlescent card if you don’t have any.
You can die cut a scalloped edge rectangular piece and heat emboss it using Wows new range of embossing powders called Glintz.
In my case I have used Rose Gold Glintz Embossing powder and the result is stunning.
For step number two I have used a floral stamp and stamped it across my card.
Next I have used a Wow bonding powder and set heated in the same way as any regular embossing powder, but making sure that I have applied foil while the bonding powder is still warm.
Remember to leave it till it is completely cool down before peeling the foil off and of we go!
Finally, I am going to assemble my card. For this particular card I have decided to replace the card blank with vellum blank (card blank made out of vellum). I have also pre die cut three scalloped edge rectangular pieces to mount inside. I also did this to the back of the vellum to cover all the imperfections and make a space for your inside message.
And here we have Vellum card with Rose Gold foil flowers.

Today I would like to show you how to make a clean and simple card using Floral Stamp and WOW ”Born to Sparkle” stamp set. Also , I will show you how to add gorgeous WOW Sparkles to make your card sparkle.
Here it is:
As you can see it is not a very complicated card, but a simple card with WOW factor. So let me tell you how I have made my flower sparkle.
I started my card by stamping the flower onto red / pink cardstock piece. When it was done, I cleaned my stamp and stamped my flower over with clear embossing pad. Now is the time to make the glitter mixture. Using 1:1 ratio I mixed bonding powder with glitter and sprinkled it over my stamped image. I heated it from under the cardstock to ensure that the glitter is not blown away. For my next step, I fuzzy cut my flower and moved to the next step. I have used my stamping platform to add the sentiment ”Have the Sparkliest Birthday ever!” next to my flower. Then I stamped my stamp ,using a black ink pad, onto a white cardstock piece which I previously die cut into a rectangular shape with two rounded corners.
I coloured in the leaves using Copic Markers and mount my fuzzy cut flower on top of the stamped image using 3D foam pad.
I added coloured cardstock to the back of my top panel before mounting onto the card blank and finally, added enamel dots.

Thank you for stopping by and don’t forget to come back to see more inspirations from other WOW DT members.
Today I had so much fun combining colour combinations that are less expected. Such as pink and blue, blue and light brown, lilac and olive.
My favorite card was made using pink cardstock , @tonicstudios flourish stamp and Hugs stamp and die set. Obviously Metalline Dark Blue @wowembossing powder is very important component to achieve stunning result!!
Simple card made by combining pink and blue colour, therefore I can say for sure We can combine colour combinations that are less expected.
To add interest and dimension o my card, I have stamped same flower onto two pieces of pink cardstock. Then, I have used shaped die to die cut one of the pieces and mount onto second piece in the way that remaining part of the stamped image is revealed.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you will enjoy my project for this months challenge – Melt it!
This month I have decided to create a Happy Birthday gift- ring and handmade card to go along with it.
Here it is:
For my card I have used a light turquoise colour card stock to create my card blank and I die cut the top panel using a scalloped rectangle nesting die. WOW sentiment stamp set offers a great selection of sentiments. I picked the one that reads ”Have the Sparkliest birthday ever!!” and heat embossed it using Metallic Silver Regular Embossing Powder.
To create my butterfly embellishments, I have melted ”Melt it!” ,Primary Bluetiful Regular and Mint Macaroon embossing powders before adding my mixture to the 3D butterfly molds. Just before adding my mixture to the molds I had sprinkled a bit of WOW Sprinkles called ,,Twinklebelle”
While the butterflies were setting I used Simon Says Stamp ”Brush Strokes” stamp set to emboss it three strokes horizontally on my card.
I have finished my card by adding butterflies using glue dots.
Finally, the gift and the card is complete.
